Books I-V of Galen's voluminous work On the Mixtures and Capacities of Simple Drugs present the theoretical basis of his influential pharmacological theory. John Wilkins is preparing an English translation of these books with introduction and notes for the Cambridge Galen Translations. In this workshop, we will be discussing drafts of his translation.
