CV and publications
Annette Heinrich is Research Associate in the Department of Classics at the Humboldt University of Berlin as part of the SFB 980 “Episteme in Bewegung” within the project “Der Transfer medizinischer Episteme in den ‚enzyklopädischen‘ Sammelwerken der Spätantike”. Since 2023 she has been working as Research Fellow at Einstein-Center Chronoi. She received her Ph.D. in Classics in 2021 with a dissertation entitled "Studien zu Hippokrates, De internis affectionibus". Prior to her doctoral studies, she received an MA in Classical Philology in 2017 and a BA in Ancient Greek and Latin in 2015, both from Humboldt University. Annette also holds a diploma in medical and nursing education with a focus on life sciences from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin/Charité.

Ancient concepts of the human body; description of signs of disease and use of prognosis; influence of therapeutic systems on recovery in relation to time and phases of disease; constructions of medical concepts of knowledge and professional techniques in therapeutics
